How to Order
- Upload your photo. Pick a sharp, well-lit picture with faces large and near the center. It is engraved in black and white, and the edges are trimmed to the tag shape.
- Write your love note. Type it in the Back-Inscription box: up to 40 characters, English letters (A–Z) and numbers only (José becomes Jose). Ideas: "Together forever" · "Drive safe, I love you" · "Est. 06.12.2020".
- Check your spelling. We engrave exactly what you type.
- Add to cart. We make your keychain in 3–4 business days, then it ships.
FAQ
Will my photo be in color?
No. Your photo is laser engraved into the steel in black and white, so there's no print to fade or peel. Bright, high-contrast photos with faces close up give the best result.
Which photos work best?
Close-ups of one or two faces with good lighting and a simple background. Dark photos and large group shots lose detail on a small tag.
How long can my message be?
Up to 40 characters, including spaces. English letters (A–Z) and numbers only.
Can I change my photo or message after ordering?
Yes, within 24 hours of your order. Email support@getengravings.com with your order number.
When will it arrive?
Production takes 3–4 business days. Standard US shipping then takes 5–9 business days. For a deadline, choose Express at checkout, and allow extra time before Valentine's Day and Christmas.
