- Upload your photo. Choose a sharp, well-lit picture with faces in the center. It's engraved in black-and-white detail, and the heart shape trims the edges.
- Type your message for the bar. Up to 25 characters, English letters A–Z and numbers only (José becomes Jose). We engrave exactly what you type, so check the spelling.
- Add to cart. We make your keychain in 3–4 business days, then it ships.
Will my photo be in color?
No. Your photo is laser-engraved into the metal in black-and-white detail, so it never fades or peels. Bright, high-contrast photos with faces close up give the best result.
How big is the heart?
[CONFIRM WITH SUPPLIER: size in inches and mm, e.g. "about the size of a quarter"]. It's sized to sit comfortably on a keyring.
When will it arrive?
Production takes 3–4 business days. Standard shipping (USA & Canada) then takes 5–9 business days ($5.95, free over $59.95). Express (FedEx) takes 4–7 business days ($35.95). Allow 2–3 extra production days around Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas.
Can I use special characters?
English letters (A–Z) and numbers only. Accented letters can't be engraved (José → Jose).
