If you receive a damaged piece of jewelry or a piece of jewelry with an error, please notify us immediately via e-mails and you will receive either a refund of your purchase or an exchange within 30 days from the delivered date.
If you are not completely satisfied with the design or any quality problem you may return it for a full refund within 30 days from the delivered date.
Customers are able to return new, unopened items fulfilled by GetEngravings within 60 days of the delivery date. Please note that on all returned and canceled orders of personalized items there is a 30% restocking fee.
- Any item purchased from GetEngravings can be returned within 90 days.
- The item must be returned in a new and unworn condition.
- Items which have been resized, updated and/or repaired do not qualify.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for any reasons which you want to reproduce the product, except the quality problem.

Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
