Shipping & Handling Policy

Thank you for choosing Get Engravings. Every piece we create is custom-made to order, specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please review our shipping timelines below so you know exactly when to expect your special package.

1. The Production Process (How it’s Made)

Unlike standard retail stores, we do not have "off-the-shelf" items.

  • Production Time: Each item requires 3 to 5 business days of handcrafted production time. This includes engraving, polishing, and quality control.

  • Holiday Note: During peak seasons (Mother’s Day, Christmas, Valentine’s Day), production may take an additional 2–3 days.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Once your custom piece is finished and passes inspection, we hand it over to the shipping carrier. Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Transit Time.

On average, customers in the USA receive their orders within 13 to 16 total days from the date of purchase.

3. Tracking Your Order

We want you to be able to follow your package's journey.

  • As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's website after the notification is sent.

  • You can track your order directly on our website or through the link provided in your email.

4. Address Accuracy & Deliverability

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

  • Incorrect Addresses: If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable" due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee will apply.

  • Redirects: Once a package has left our facility, we are unable to change the delivery address.

5. "Delivered" but Not Received

If your tracking number shows that your package was "Delivered" but you cannot find it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local building manager.

  2. Contact your local post office or the carrier (USPS/FedEx) directly.

  3. Note: Get Engravings is not responsible for packages that are stolen from your property or lost after a confirmed delivery by the carrier. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier for "theft" in these rare instances.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (outside the USA), Get Engravings is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Cancellations & Personalized Items

Because our items are custom-engraved, production begins almost immediately.

  • Cancellations: Must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Personalized Returns: If a refund is requested for a personalized item that has already been produced, a 30% restocking fee will apply as the item cannot be resold.
