Every item on our website is custom-made for you. Photo pendants take 3–4 business days to make; other personalized items take 3–5 business days.

(Holidays and peak seasons may add a few days.)

Shipping Rates

USA & Canada: $5.95, or FREE on orders over $59.95. Other countries: FREE standard shipping. If you choose Express Shipping at checkout, express rates apply.

Total Time For Delivery

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. For a photo pendant shipped in the USA, that is about 8–13 business days from your order (3–4 days to make + 5–9 days USPS shipping).
