You upload your photo on the product page when you order. We print it in full color on the pendant and seal it under a clear, scratch-resistant coating. On many styles you can add Pro Retouch for $4.99 to clean up an old or blurry photo. Most styles also offer back engraving for a name, a date or a short message. We make each piece in 3 to 4 business days, and USPS delivers it in 5 to 9 business days.

Materials and Care

Most pendants are copper or brass, plated in 14K or 18K gold, rose gold or silver tone. Silver-tone options are silver or rhodium plated. Many styles are set with cubic zirconia stones. None of these pieces is solid gold or sterling silver. The necklace is not waterproof, so take it off before you shower, swim or work out. Keep it away from perfume and lotion, and wipe it with a soft dry cloth.
