How a Picture Necklace for Men Is Made

You upload your photo on the product page when you order. We print it in full color on the front of the pendant and seal it under a clear, scratch-resistant coating. On many styles you can add Pro Retouch for $4.99 and approve a preview first. Back engraving costs $15.99 and fits a name, a date or a short message. We make each piece in 3 to 4 business days, and USPS delivers it in 5 to 9 business days.

Materials and Care

The pendants are copper or brass, plated in 14K or 18K gold. Silver-tone options are silver or rhodium plated. Most styles are set with cubic zirconia stones. The photo dog tags are stainless or titanium steel. None of these pieces is solid gold or sterling silver. The necklace is not waterproof, so take it off before you shower, swim or work out. Keep it away from perfume and lotion, and wipe it with a soft dry cloth.

Choosing a Style and Chain

Pick a round photo medallion for a classic look, or a rotating double-sided pendant for two photos. For something bolder, choose an iced-out CZ frame: square, teardrop, money bag or a 3D cube that holds up to 3 photos. Angel wing pendants and steel photo dog tags suit a memorial piece.
