- Choose your chain length. 18" sits at the collarbone and is our most popular. 20" sits just below, 24" sits mid-chest, and 30" is ideal for layering over clothing.
- Enter the birth date. Type it as MM/DD/YYYY. We engrave it on the middle silver disc in the dotted style shown in the photos — for example, 8 · 25 · 15.
- Enter the baby's name. Up to 12 characters fit beautifully on the outer gold disc. Type it exactly as you want it engraved, including capital letters — we engrave it character for character.

Because each item is made to order for you, returns are limited once production has started.
- Cancellations: please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
- After production: if a refund is requested for a personalized item that has already been made, a 30% restocking fee applies (the piece cannot be resold).
- Custom pieces made to your specifications follow our exchange process when eligible.
