Personalized / custom orders
Because each item is made to order for you, returns are limited once production has started.
- Cancellations: please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
- After production: if a refund is requested for a personalized item that has already been made, a 30% restocking fee applies (the piece cannot be resold).
- Custom pieces made to your specifications follow our exchange process when eligible.
How to start a return
- Email us within 30 days of delivery at support@getengravings.com.
- Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description of the problem.
- Our team will review your request and share the next steps (usually within 24 hours, Mon–Fri).
Please keep your original packaging until your request is reviewed.
