Photo tip: pick a bright, sharp photo with the face in the center. The frame is round, so close-ups fit best. Old or blurry photo? Add Pro Retouch (+$4.99) and we'll email you a preview.
Will my photo look clear in the memorial necklace with picture inside?
Yes, if you start with a sharp, well-lit photo. Old, dark, or blurry? Add Pro Retouch (+$4.99) and we'll fix it and email you a preview to approve before we make your pendant.
Is this memorial photo pendant real gold?
No. It's brass with 14k yellow gold, 14k white gold, or 14k rose gold plating, set with AAA+ CZ stones, not diamonds. The plating can fade with long-term wear, so keep it dry to keep the shine longer.
What size picture necklace should I choose?
Regular (35 × 53 mm) suits everyday wear. Pick Medium (45 × 63 mm) or Large (68 × 91 mm) for a bold memory chain look or a photo with more than one face.
Can I engrave the back of my RIP chain?
Yes. Tick "Add Back Side Engraving" (+$15.99) and type a name, their dates, or a short line like "In Loving Memory".
How long does my custom photo pendant take to arrive?
About 8–13 business days in the US: made in 3–4 business days, then 5–9 business days by USPS. US shipping is free on orders over $59.95.
Is the necklace with picture inside waterproof?
No. Take it off before showering, swimming, or the gym, and keep it away from perfume and lotion to keep the color bright longer.
