Can I put a different photo on each side?
Yes. It's a double sided heart photo necklace: upload one photo for the front and one for the back. The heart spins so you can show either side.
How big is the pendant?
The heart is 48 mm wide and 62 mm tall with the bail (1.9 × 2.4 in), and weighs 26.2 g. Big enough to see both faces clearly.
Will my photo look clear?
Yes, with a bright, close-up photo. For old or blurry photos, add Pro Retouch (+$4.99) and we'll email you a preview to approve before we make it.
Does it come with a chain?
Only if you pick one under "Choose Your Chain Type": Franco, Rope, Cuban or Tennis. Pick "Only Pendant" if you'll wear it on your own chain.
Is it real gold or diamonds?
No. It's copper in a yellow gold, silver or rose gold color, plated 5 times and set with CZ stones. You get the iced-out look for under $40.
How long does it take to arrive?
About 8–13 business days in the US: made in 3–4 business days, then 5–9 business days by USPS.
Is it waterproof?
No. Take it off before showering, swimming or the gym, and keep it away from perfume and lotion to keep the color bright longer.
