Is this real sterling silver?
No — and we'd rather tell you plainly than have it arrive as a surprise. This bracelet is a plated piece available in Silver Color, Gold Plated and Rose Gold Plated. It's double-plated for a deep, even finish that holds its colour, but it is not 925 sterling and it is not solid gold. That's also why it's $29.95 instead of $200.
How many characters can I put on it?
Up to 12, including spaces. We cut your capitalization exactly as you type it, so enter the name the way she actually spells it.
Will it fit her? I don't know her wrist size.

Will it tarnish or turn her skin green?

Every bracelet is made to order, so add 4–5 days production to your shipping time. Standard shipping then takes 12–20 working days; Express takes 5–9 working days. For Christmas delivery, order by around Nov 15 on Standard or Dec 1 on Express.
Can I order two with different names?
Yes — add the first one to your cart, come back to this page, enter the second name and add that one too. Each bracelet is cut separately. And since two bracelets clear $59.95, your shipping is free.
Does it come in a gift box?
Every bracelet ships in a presentation box, ready to hand over. We don't include a price on the packing slip, so it's safe to send directly to her.
