How many names can I engrave?
Up to five — one name per charm. Choose the number of charms above, and a name field will appear for each one.
How long can each name be?
Up to 10 characters per charm, including spaces. Longer names are usually shortened to a nickname — Alexandra becomes Alex, Christopher becomes Chris.
Can I choose boy or girl charms?
Yes. Add a note at checkout telling us which charm should be a boy and which should be a girl — for example "Charm 1: boy, Charm 2: girl." If you don't specify, we'll send a mix. You can also email support@getengravings.com within 12 hours of ordering.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
No. The base is stainless steel, which is tarnish-resistant and safe for daily wear — including showers and swimming. Just avoid spraying perfume directly onto the charms.
How long will it take to arrive?
We engrave your piece in 3–5 business days, then it ships. Standard shipping takes 12–20 business days; express takes 5–9. Your estimated delivery window is shown above the Add to Cart button.
Is it long enough to wear over a jumper?
The chain is 18" with a 2" extender, so it adjusts from 18" to 20" — sitting just below the collarbone at its shortest.
Does it come ready to give as a gift?

What if I made a spelling mistake?
Email: support@getengravings.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before engraving begins, free of charge.

Because each item is made to order for you, returns are limited once production has started.
- Cancellations: please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
- After production: if a refund is requested for a personalized item that has already been made, a 30% restocking fee applies (the piece cannot be resold).
- Custom pieces made to your specifications follow our exchange process when eligible.
