Will my photo be in color?
No — the photo is etched in black and white, like a fine sketch. It shows best in good light and with high-contrast photos.
Which photos work best?
Close-ups with one to three faces, good lighting and a simple background. Group shots and dark photos lose detail on a small tag.
Can I change my photo or message after ordering?
Yes, within 24 hours of your order. Email support@getengravings.com with your order number.
Can I add a message to the back?
Yes. You can personalize the back with a name, date, short message, or meaningful phrase. Character limits should be stated clearly in the personalization field. Accented letters can't be engraved (José → Jose).
Will it tarnish or rust?
The keychain is made from stainless steel and is designed for everyday use. Its silver-color finish is not a coating, so it is not designed to peel or fade like plated finishes. With normal care, it should maintain its appearance over time.
When will it arrive?
Production takes 3-4 business days, plus your shipping choice: Standard 5–9 business days. For a deadline, choose Express.
