- Check spelling, then add to cart. We engrave exactly what you type. Production takes 3–4 business days before shipping.
Will my photo be in color?
No. Your photo is laser engraved in black and white, so it never fades. High-contrast photos with faces close up look best.
What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo with one to three faces close to the center. Pets work beautifully too. Avoid dark or distant shots.
Can I change my photo or message after ordering?
Yes, if you email support@getengravings.com within [CONFIRM: 12 or 24] hours of ordering. After that, engraving has usually started.
When will it arrive?
Production takes 3–4 business days, then Standard shipping takes 5–9 business days. Need it sooner? Choose Express at checkout. During Christmas season, allow 2–3 extra production days.
Can I return a personalized keychain?
Because each keychain is made just for you, returns of personalized items carry a 30% restocking fee. If there's a defect or an engraving error on our side, we'll remake it free.
