Should I choose Color Print or Black & White Print?
Color Print shows your photo just as it looks on your phone. Black & White Print gives a classic, timeless look. For dark or low-contrast photos, Color Print usually shows more detail.
What photo works best on a round photo keychain?
A sharp, well-lit close-up of one to three faces. The circle trims the corners, so keep faces in the center. Large group shots lose detail on a small disc.
What can I engrave on the back?
Up to 40 characters: English letters, numbers and spaces (José becomes Jose). Ideas: "One True Love", "Drive safe, I love you" or "Est. 2020". We engrave exactly what you type.
Will the color photo scratch?
Like any printed photo, it can scuff if it rubs against metal keys all day. Keep it on its own ring and wipe it with a soft, dry cloth to keep it looking new.
How long does shipping take?
We make it in 3–4 business days, then USPS takes 5–9 business days. For Christmas, order by December 1. Shipping is free on US orders over $59.95, so three keychains ship free.
Can I change my order or return it?
Email support@getengravings.com within 24 hours to change your photo or message. Because each keychain is made just for you, we refund or replace it if it arrives damaged or with our mistake. Let us know within 30 days of delivery.
