Can I engrave more than one baby's name?

How exactly will the date be engraved?
Character for character, exactly as you type it. If you enter 8 · 25 · 15 that is what appears. If you prefer 25.08.2015, type it that way.
Will it turn my skin green or fade?
No. It's premium stainless steel, which is tarnish resistant and holds up to daily wear, handwashing and nappy changes. We do recommend removing it before swimming or applying perfume to protect the finish.
How long until it arrives?
Every piece is engraved to order, so allow 4–5 business days for production. Standard shipping then takes 12–20 working days; Express takes 5–9. You'll get a tracking link as soon as it leaves us.
Can I change the engraving after ordering?
Yes — email us at support@getengravings.com within 12 hours of purchase and we'll update it before production starts. After that the piece is already being engraved.
What if the engraving is wrong or the piece arrives damaged?
That's on us. Send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll remake it or refund you in full.
Which chain length should I pick?
18" is our most popular for adults — it sits just below the collarbone. 20" falls at the top of the chest, 24" mid-chest. Our sizing guide has a measuring trick that takes 30 seconds.

Because each item is made to order for you, returns are limited once production has started.
- Cancellations: please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
- After production: if a refund is requested for a personalized item that has already been made, a 30% restocking fee applies (the piece cannot be resold).
- Custom pieces made to your specifications follow our exchange process when eligible.
