How many names can I add?
Between 1 and 5 names — one per heart. Each additional name is +$5.
What if I misspell a name?
Email support@getengravings.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it at no cost, before production starts.
Will it turn my skin green or tarnish?
No. It's made from hypoallergenic, nickel-free stainless steel that resists tarnishing with everyday wear.
Can she wear it in the shower or pool?
We recommend removing it before swimming, showering, or applying perfume to keep the finish looking new.
When will it arrive?
Production takes 4–5 business days, then shipping time depends on the method you choose at checkout. Your estimated delivery date is shown above the Add to Cart button.

Personalized / custom orders
Because each item is made to order for you, returns are limited once production has started.
- Cancellations: please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
- After production: if a refund is requested for a personalized item that has already been made, a 30% restocking fee applies (the piece cannot be resold).
- Custom pieces made to your specifications follow our exchange process when eligible.
