Will it fit my mum's wrist?
The bangle is a fixed 65mm inner diameter and fits most adult wrists between approximately 6.5" and 7.5". It does not adjust. If she wears a larger wrist size, check our sizing guide before ordering.
How many names can I put on it?
Anywhere from 1 to 9. Each name gets its own heart charm, and the price adjusts as you add charms.
What is the bracelet made of?
The bracelet is made from stainless steel with a gold-plated, rose-gold platd and silver color finish.
How many characters can I put on each charm?
Each heart charm can accommodate up to 10 characters.
How long will the names last?
The names are laser-engraved into the metal, not printed or stamped on the surface, so they won't rub off with wear.
When will it arrive?
Production takes 4–5 business days. Standard shipping then takes 12–20 working days; Express takes 5–9 working days. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout based on the method you choose.
Can I change a name after I've ordered?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing your order. Email support@getengravings.com with your order number. After engraving begins we can't change it.
What if it isn't right?
Every order is covered by our 30-day return and exchange policy. Personalised items can be returned if there's a fault or an engraving error on our side.
