Which chain length should I choose?
45cm (17.7") is the most popular choice and usually rests at the collarbone. 50cm (19.7") sits a little lower and works well over crew necks or layered with a shorter chain. Our chain length guide shows both on the neck.
Can I add more than one letter, or a lowercase letter?
Each necklace carries one capital letter, A–Z. For two or more initials or full names, browse our Name Necklace collection.
How long will it take to arrive?
Each necklace is made to order in 4–5 business days, then shipped. Standard shipping takes 12–20 working days; Express takes 5–9 working days and can be selected at checkout.
Can you ship it directly to the recipient?
Yes. Enter her name and address as the shipping address at checkout.
How do I care for my necklace?
Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and take it off before swimming, showering, or applying lotion or perfume. Store it on its own so the disc doesn't rub against other jewelry.
When should I order for Christmas?
To receive your necklace by December 24, order by Friday, November 13 with Standard shipping, or by Tuesday, December 1 with Express shipping. Orders placed after these dates may still arrive in time, but we can't guarantee it.
I chose the wrong letter. What should I do?
Email us at support@getengravings.com with your order number. Changes are free within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your necklace may already be in production.
