How many names can I engrave?
One name per ring, and you can choose 1 to 6 rings. Each name can be up to 12 characters including spaces. Most customers pick one ring per child.
How long is the chain?
The chain measures 45cm(18 inches).
When will it arrive?
Every piece is engraved after you order, so production takes 4-5 days. Standard shipping then takes 12-20 working days. Express shipping (5-9 working days) is available at checkout if you need it sooner.
Will it tarnish or turn her skin green?
No. The core is stainless steel, not brass or copper alloy, so it won't tarnish or leave marks. The plating stays brightest if you keep perfume and lotion off it.
Can she wear it in the shower or swimming?
Yes — handwashing, showers, rain, all fine. We'd take it off before chlorinated pools and hot tubs, since chlorine is hard on any plated finish.
What material is the necklace made from?
The necklace is made from premium stainless steel with your selected Gold plated, Rose Gold plated, or Silver color finish.
Does it come in a gift box?
Every necklace ships in a presentation box, ready to hand over. We don't include a price on the packing slip, so it's safe to send directly to her.
What if I spell a name wrong?
Engraving begins within 24 hours of your order. Email support@getengravings.com straight away with your order number — if we haven't started, we'll correct it free. Once a piece is engraved it can't be changed, so please check spellings carefully before checkout.
