Care:
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Safe around water, but avoid perfume, chlorine and harsh cleaners directly on the engraving to keep the lettering sharp.
- Choose your finish — gold plated, rose gold plated, or silver color.
- Type the names — The centre field is the large heart; the left and right fields are the two smaller hearts. Up to 6 characters each — a 4 or 5 letter name looks especially good on the heart.
- Check your spelling carefully — Engraving is permanent and we copy exactly what you type — including capitals and accents.
- Only need one or two names? — Leave the extra fields blank and those hearts stay smooth and unengraved.

How many characters fit on each heart?
Up to 6 characters per heart, including spaces. Shorter names sit larger and read more clearly — a 4 or 5 letter name looks especially good on the heart.
Which name goes on the big heart?
Whatever you type into the centre field. The left and right fields become the two smaller hearts on either side, in that order.
What if I only have one or two children?
Leave the extra fields blank. Those hearts arrive smooth and unengraved, which still looks intentional and balanced.
Will it fit her wrist?
Yes. The bolo slider chain pulls open and closed, so it adjusts to fit almost any adult wrist. You do not need to know her size to order.
Can I use accents or special characters?
Yes — accented letters such as é, ü and ñ engrave beautifully. Type the name exactly as you want it to appear and we will copy it character for character (But condition apply).
Will it tarnish or turn her wrist green?
No. It is built for daily wear and holds its finish through hand-washing, showers and everyday life.
When will it arrive?
Engraving takes 4–5 business days. Standard shipping then takes 12–20 working days; Express shipping takes 5–9 working days. Choose Express at checkout if you are buying for a specific date.
What if the engraving comes out wrong?
If we engrave something different from what you typed, we remake it free of charge or refund will be provided. Email: support@getengravings.com with your order number and a photo and we will fix it.
Can I engrave grandchildren's names instead?
Absolutely. Many customers order this for grandmothers with the grandkids' names on the three hearts.

Because each item is made to order for you, returns are limited once production has started.
- Cancellations: please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
- After production: if a refund is requested for a personalized item that has already been made, a 30% restocking fee applies (the piece cannot be resold).
- Custom pieces made to your specifications follow our exchange process when eligible.
