times from the website, email, instagram and Facebook. And still have yet to hear anything. They don’t have a phone number and their products are not up to standards. All I wanted was to get my item fixed with a new picture and the stones replaced that fell out the first time it was worn,but they have yet to respond to me for over 3 months now. Online it says if the picture is not up to quality, they will tell you to select another picture. The picture I sent in was perfect. The one that they sent on the necklace was so brightened. That the hair looked white, and the picture is barely visible due to how bright it is. The first time worn three stones fell out. This was a memorial gift for my husband, whose sister passed away. He fell in love with it when he got it besides the picture. He got past the picture and wore it one time and stones are missing. I can’t get a hold of this company at all. It is bad business. I am so disappointed
