How many names can I put on this necklace?
Anywhere from 1 to 8. Each charm holds one engraved name and one birthstone, so a mom of four would choose 4 charms. Each charm after the first adds $5.
How long can each name be?
Up to 6 characters per charm. That covers most first names — Emma, Sarah, Jackie, Hailey, Daniel. For longer names like Samantha or Christopher, we'd suggest using a shortened version or nickname so the engraving stays clear and readable.
Can everyone have a different birthstone?
Yes. You pick the birth month separately for every single charm, so each person gets their own stone. All 12 months are available.
How long will it take to arrive?
We make each necklace to order, which takes 4–5 business days. Standard shipping then takes 12–20 working days, and Express takes 5–9 working days. If you're buying for a specific date, please order with time to spare — or choose Express at checkout.
Will it come ready to give as a gift?
Yes — every necklace arrives in a presentation box, so you can hand it over exactly as it comes.
What if I made a mistake in a name?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering at support@getengravings.com and we'll correct it before production starts, free of charge. Once engraving has begun we can't change it — so please double-check spelling before you add to cart.
