This dedicated payment service enables our fulfillment team to process secondary parcel dispatches, update return-to-sender consignments, and coordinate transportation fees for approved size or style exchanges.

Because every item crafted by Get Engravings is personalized and permanently engraved, pieces returned to our workshop cannot simply be restocked into general inventory. When a package is returned to our facility because of an incomplete street address, missing apartment details, or an uncollected postal notice, this fee covers the direct postage and warehouse processing required to print new shipping labels and re-dispatch your parcel.
