How many names can I engrave?
Anywhere from 1 to 9. Choose the number of charms first, and a name field will appear for each one.
How many letters fit on one charm?
Up to 6 characters per charm. Names of 4 or 5 letters sit most comfortably on the curve. Longer names are best shortened to a nickname — "Alex" reads far more beautifully than a squeezed "Alexndr".
Will it fit her wrist?

Is this real gold or real silver?
No — and we'd rather tell you plainly. The bangle is stainless steel with a gold or rose gold plated finish, or a polished silver-color finish. That's what keeps it durable, lightweight and affordable enough to buy for the whole family.
Will the engraving fade?
The names are laser-cut into the metal, not printed on top, so the engraving itself won't rub off. The plated finish is a surface layer — with everyday care it holds its shine well. See our care instructions to keep it looking new.
Can I use accents or special characters?
Yes, we support standard accented letters such as é, ñ and ü. Emoji and symbols cannot be engraved.(Condition Apply)
How long will it take to arrive?
Production takes 4–5 days because each piece is engraved to order. Standard shipping then takes 12–20 working days. Express shipping (5–9 working days) is available at checkout if you're on a deadline.
Does it come gift wrapped?
Yes. Every order arrives in our black Get Engravings gift box with the logo on the lid — ready to give exactly as it arrives.
What if a name is spelled wrong?
If we make the engraving mistake, we’ll remake the item at no cost to you (shipping charges may apply) or provide a refund. If you notice a typo in the personalization you entered, please email us at support@getengravings.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to correct it before production begins. Once production has started, we’re unable to cancel, modify, or refund the order.

Because each item is made to order for you, returns are limited once production has started.
- Cancellations: please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
- After production: if a refund is requested for a personalized item that has already been made, a 30% restocking fee applies (the piece cannot be resold).
- Custom pieces made to your specifications follow our exchange process when eligible.
