- Type each name exactly as you want it engraved — Up to 8 characters per bead. Please double-check spelling. Because each piece is engraved by hand for you, personalized items can't be returned for spelling errors.

Personalized / custom orders
Because each item is made to order for you, returns are limited once production has started.
- Cancellations: please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
- After production: if a refund is requested for a personalized item that has already been made, a 30% restocking fee applies (the piece cannot be resold).
- Custom pieces made to your specifications follow our exchange process when eligible.
