Care:
Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Stainless steel is water-safe, but keep the plated finishes away from perfume, chlorine, and household cleaners to keep the colour rich for longer. Store in the pouch it arrives in.
How many names can I engrave?
Between one and five. Each heart charm holds one name, so choose the charm count that matches the number of names you need.
How many letters fit on one heart?
Up to 6 characters per heart.
Will the gold colour wear off?
The base is stainless steel, so it will never rust or tarnish underneath. The plated finish holds up to daily wear with normal care — keep it away from perfume, chlorine, and cleaning products and it will stay rich for far longer.
Can she shower or swim with it?
Showering, handwashing, and rain are all fine. We'd avoid chlorinated pools and salt water, which are hard on any plated finish.
What if I typed a name wrong?
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering at support@getengravings.com If production hasn't started, we'll correct it at no charge. Once a piece has been engraved it can't be re-cut, so please read your spelling back to yourself before checkout.
When will it arrive?
Production takes 4–5 business days because each piece is engraved for you. Standard shipping then takes 12-20 business days. Your estimated delivery date is shown above the Add to Cart button.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
It's made from skin-friendly, lead-free stainless steel — the same family of metal used in medical instruments and the reason we chose it over brass.

Because each item is made to order for you, returns are limited once production has started.
- Cancellations: please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
- After production: if a refund is requested for a personalized item that has already been made, a 30% restocking fee applies (the piece cannot be resold).
- Custom pieces made to your specifications follow our exchange process when eligible.
