All I wanted was to get my item fixed with a new picture and the stones replaced that fell out the first time it was worn,but they have yet to respond to me for over 3 months now. Online it says if the picture is not up to quality, they will tell you to select another picture. The picture I sent in was perfect. The one that they sent on the necklace was so brightened. That the hair looked white, and the picture is barely visible due to how bright it is. The first time worn three stones fell out. This was a memorial gift for my husband, whose sister passed away. He fell in love with it when he got it besides the picture. He got past the picture and wore it one time and stones are missing. I can’t get a hold of this company at all. It is bad business. I am so disappointed

Perfect. My son passed away January 2024 and I have gotten at least 3 photo pendants made already. I love them and wear them all the time even sleep sometimes. Never had to use customer service and it’s always on the time they say. Thank you so much.
Bought 3 items only received 2 necklaces. Reached out multiple time asking for update or refund no answer for weeks now. Don’t buy. Run as fast as you can. Not professional business at all.
I ordered 2 14k gold Memorial pendants with 18in rope chain and I love em ..shipping was fast as well. Will be shopping again
I didn’t like that the photo had a plastic piece and it came of now the picture is gunna get ruined and I can’t let it get wet bc nothing is protecting it

Back story; I have been dating this wonderful man and I noticed that he only has 1 picture of his dad, and his dad passed when he was a kid. So the picture he had was a screenshot, and it was poor quality, but Engravings DID THEY BIG ONE ! Long story short, my boyfriend cried when he received it.
I just placed another order and can’t wait to see this one!

My picture is chipping off. I emailed this company twice and have NOT heard back from them yet. I say don't waste your money. If you're going to buy something like this go to a place that has great quality. This is the 2nd 1 I've bought from 2 different places. It's not worth it.
