- Pick your chain length. 16", 18", 20", or 22". If you're unsure, 18" is our most-ordered length and sits just below the collarbone.

Type the names. Enter them exactly as you want them engraved, including capital letters. Separate each name with a space. You have 22 characters total to work with — that's comfortably two or three names.
Example: Lauren Harry Cuneyt - Note on the heart charm. The inner heart is engraved with "Love" on every piece — it isn't customizable.
- Check your spelling. We engrave exactly what you type. Because each piece is made to order, spelling can't be changed once production starts.
- Add to cart. We laser-engrave your piece and ship it in a gift-ready box.
Accented characters: our engraving system can't reproduce accents or special characters. Please type Jose rather than José, and Nunez rather than Núñez.
How do I separate the names?
Just type them with a single space between each one. We space them evenly around the circle for you.
How many names can I fit around the circle?
Up to 22 characters total, including the spaces between names. That's comfortably two or three names — for example, "Lauren Harry Cuneyt" uses 19.
Can I use accents or special characters?
Not currently — our engraving system reproduces standard English letters, numbers, and basic punctuation only. Please enter "Jose" instead of "José" and "Nunez" instead of "Núñez" so your piece engraves cleanly.
Which chain length should I choose?
16" sits high on the neck, close to a choker. 18" is our most-ordered length and rests just below the collarbone. 20" falls at the top of the chest, and 22" sits lower — a good match for layering or higher necklines.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
No. It's made from premium stainless steel, which is rust-resistant and holds its silver-color finish through daily wear. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth to keep it bright.
Can she wear it every day?
Yes — it's built for it. We'd just suggest removing it before swimming, showering, or applying perfume, which helps any jewelry last longer.
What if I make a spelling mistake?
Contact us at support@getengravings.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before production starts. After production begins, the engraving can't be changed — so please double-check your spelling before adding to cart.
How long until it arrives?
Production takes 4–5 business days, then Standard shipping takes 12–20 working days. Express shipping (5–9 working days) is available at checkout for $36.
Does it come gift-wrapped?
Every order ships in a gift-ready box, so it's ready to give the moment it arrives.

Personalized / custom orders
Because each item is made to order for you, returns are limited once production has started.
- Cancellations: please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
- After production: if a refund is requested for a personalized item that has already been made, a 30% restocking fee applies (the piece cannot be resold).
- Custom pieces made to your specifications follow our exchange process when eligible.
